The Costen Insurance Team would like to officially welcome our newest Team member, Hala Rifai!
After working in several fields from banking to paralegal to salon management, Hala found her calling in insurance while working for a small local insurance brokerage as an executive assistant. After taking the plunge in 2019 and obtaining her general insurance licence, Hala switched gears and joined the Costen Team in February 2021.
She is very excited to start this new chapter in her career and will be working towards her CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation to further her knowledge in the insurance industry.
In her spare time, Hala enjoys volunteering, entertaining family and friends, traveling anywhere sunny, bicycling, running and cheering on her son’s hockey team.
