It also provides coverage for injury to participants for sporting activities that qualify.  This coverage also protects against third party lawsuits that allege that property damage or bodily injury was sustained by a spectator or athletic participant for which the host is liable for.

  • Participant to Participant – no coverage is offered for liability for claims arising from bodily injury caused by the acts and/or omissions of any participant towards another participant.
