Andrew Shareski, Happy 5th Anniversary!

Costen & Associates would like to wish Andrew Shareski a Happy 5th Anniversary! Andrew started with Costen & Associates on June 18, 2007, having recently graduated college and looking for an exciting new career.

Strolling by our Office window, Andrew noticed our “Now Hiring” sign and applied. Admittingly accepting the job because it was conveniently close to home, it has turned out to be a great partnership! Initially starting as a Broker-in-Training, Andrew quickly obtained his General Insurance Licence and moved into a Broker role.  Responsible for serving Costen & Associates’ clients, it wasn’t long before Andrew had mastered the personal lines insurance and was beginning to branch out into commercial lines.  Receiving numerous compliments from our clients on his excellent service and attitude, Andrew was promoted to Office Manager in 2009 and has continued to excel. He completed his CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker’s) certificate in 2010 and is now responsible for hiring and training new staff and the day-to-day operations of the Office.  When he’s not busy in the Office, Andrew spends his time with his beautiful wife Amanda and adorable sons, Jackson (2 1/2) and Ezra (6 months).

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew Shareski for all of his hard work and dedication Costen & Associates, our employees, associates and clients… we are so grateful to have Andrew as part of the Costen & Associates’ Family!
