Feeling a little lost in the woods and like there’s no one home when it comes to your business insurance? We’re always home and will help you navigate the forest of choice you’re facing.

Finding the right protection for your big, medium, or small business doesn’t have to rely on a trial and error system. By working with a commercial insurance broker your business is matched with a plan that suits your needs.

Your broker will work on your behalf to find you a plan that protects you against loss of property, litigation issues, loss of income, general liability and much more! After all, you never appreciate insurance more until the moment you need it. Be confident that your plan won’t come up short and rest assured you aren’t paying above and beyond what you need before it comes time to make a claim.

Want to know if commercial insurance is right for your company?

Keep reading to learn more about our process for finding you the perfect-sized plan.

You don’t have to try a policy that’s too hot or too cold, we’ll get it just right for you.

1. Getting to Know Your Business

Let us get to know you and your needs over an initial phone call or in-person meeting.

We’ll need information about your business like:

  • What does your business do?
  • What is the annual business revenue?
  • Do you currently have insurance and if so, what are you covered for?
  • Has your brick and mortar business had construction updates?
  • What are the assets you want to ensure are covered?
  • Have you made previous claims?

2. Assessing Your Risk and Making Coverage Recommendations

Once we have a clear idea of how your business operates, we’ll assess your risk and help place you on a coverage scale.

Depending on your type of business, we may need to do a site visit to ensure we’ve identified all of your risk exposures upfront, meaning you get a plan that’s catered directly to your needs.

From here, we’ll give you a general idea of what kinds of coverage you should consider before we request quotes within your needs.

Your coverage could include:

  • General Liability
  • Loss of Property in case of fire, theft, vandalism, water damage, etc…
  • Loss of Income
  • Litigation Issues
  • Professional Liability
When what seems like the perfect chair has broken from beneath you, chances are you weren’t covered against all risks. Let us assess your business holistically and make sure you’re on stable ground.

3. Requesting Quotes

With all of your information accumulated, we put in a request to our different insurance companies for a quote.

4. Compare Your Quotes and Make Recommendations

The results are in! We’ll take a moment to review it all on your behalf and come prepared with our professional recommendations for what will serve your business best.

We’ll present you with the coverage and rates comparison and guide you through selecting your plan. Don’t worry, we’ll translate it into plain English for you and help you understand how your choice will benefit your business.

Just remember, we work for you, not the insurance companies and we’ll do our best to help you make the decision that is best for your business.

5. Securing Your Coverage

All of the leg work is done, now you just need to thoroughly read and complete the paperwork securing your coverage. You will be able to select the date your coverage will become effective on and which payment option you’d prefer and then we will submit binding instructions to the insurance company for your policy to be put in place.

Instead of running off into the forest again, let’s take all of that research and secure your insurance policy. We won’t make you porridge, fluff your chair pillows or make your bed, but we’ll be here to answer all of your questions so you never feel lost in the woods.

6. On-Going Care

Your policy is signed, but that doesn’t mean our work is done. We’re here to answer any questions you may have or help you submit a claim, and we’re always just a phone call away.

Find the right coverage fit.
